Welcome to Late Winter/Early Spring on Lake Wallenpaupack. The market is slow at this point. Prices are dropping slowly and the inventory is historically tight on Lake Wally this year. We should be seeing more inventory coming on in late February and early March. So keep your eyes open for some new lakehomes and better pricing for buyers.
